Shipping, Delivery and Return Procedures
Shipping
Shipping prices and times depend on your location and how quickly you would like to receive your order.
Orders placed before noon ET (Eastern Time) will be processed the very same day.
Orders placed after noon ET (Eastern Time) will be processed the following day.
Orders placed on Friday afternoon or a weekend won’t be processed until Monday.
Shipping to the United States
Estimated Delivery Time:
Standard Delivery: Ground shipment. 5 - 10 days. Monday – Friday.
Express Delivery: Air shipment. 2-day delivery. Monday – Friday.
FREE delivery when you buy a minimum of 3 shirts. Monday – Friday.
All orders are processed pending availability and credit card verification.
All shipping fees will be automatically calculated upon CHECK-OUT.
All orders must be placed before noon ET (Eastern Time). Deliveries will not be dispatched on weekends.
Please note the last order time for delivery before Christmas is December 20 at 12pm.

Shipping delivery time and/or other outside of the United States will all depend on your courier of choice. This is out of our control.
When ordering from outside of the USA, customs and/or import duties, which are totally independent from our control, will apply once the order reaches your homeland. We are not able to predict what these charges may be and as such cannot be held responsible for them. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office if you would like more information. Be aware that Customs can also delay the delivery of orders, which again is out of our control.
You shall be responsible for complying with all local import requirements, laws, regulations and rules and paying all import taxes and duties as may be applicable in respect thereof.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship on weekends and the following U.S. holidays:
New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have given on your order form. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.
Please note that there are restrictions on the locations to which we deliver products purchased from our website. Details of the locations to which we deliver are available from us on request.
Delivery
Your package will be delivered within 2-10 business days after you place an order depending upon your choice of shipping procedure. A signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to accept the delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how to collect your package. Alternatively the carrier will try 2 more times to deliver the package. Please note that we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched and we will not ship your package again if you weren't able to collect your package.
Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return unused articles within twenty-one (21) days of receipt. The articles must be returned undamaged and with their labels attached. Online orders cannot be returned to any physical stores that may carry Bogosse products.
To return your order, please insert the Packing List and attach the shipping label to the outside of the package. You can then simply send us the package by arranging for pick-up from UPS or dropping the package at any UPS location.
Final sale items must be returned to us at your expense.
Please Note: Always include your order number(s) when you make a return to us.
Once we receive your return, all goods will be inspected. Articles must be returned undamaged and with their labels attached. Any item that is in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you. A refund of the returned goods will be made within 15 days to the card you used for the original purchase. Since we are not responsible for items sent to us, we recommend using a service that insures the value of your returned products or provides you with a proof of delivery.
